About
My educational story began over 20 years ago in a small classroom in Southwest Philadelphia. I quickly realized that I didn't have the specialized knowledge and skills that I needed to best support my students, and over the years I've aimed to become the type of support for others that I wish I'd had. When partnering with educators, I strive to build a collaborative relationship that honors everyone's experience and knowledge.​
Since my days as a classroom teacher I've served in a variety of educational roles - instructional coach, school leader, graduate-level course designer and instructor, EPP specialist, and full-time consultant. As a consultant I've had the opportunity to partner with leaders and teachers in urban, suburban, and rural districts and universities across the United States. I've provided analysis and evaluation of systems-level structures, teacher and leader coaching, professional development, and content design to be implemented in person or asynchronously via LMS. ​​
I love my work and recognize that teaching every learner is a complex endeavor. Learning about the unique factors at play in each organization and context allow me to provide tailored support in each partnership. I look forward to joining you in supporting all learners in reaching their full potential!
